By deeply understanding your feelings, motivations, and behaviors, you will act more consciously and ultimately make better decisions.

👉🏼 For example, try to understand your motivation to do sports. When do you stick to your workout schedule and when you don't? Why?

There are many ways to develop self-awareness:

✔️Meditation

✔️Retrospection after some specific activities, at the end of the day
