Use to This :-
Point the single person and they are closed to you to used for This. 
Ex...  This bottle is filled with water. 
         Come on look at this. 
        This dress too expensive .
         I will come to your house this. 
         afternoon. 

Use of These :- 
These is a plural form of this. Some used like this but more than one person. 
Ex...  These laptop can be used. 
          These flowers are beautiful. 
           
Use of that :- 
That can be used to one of anything , but long distance and point for him. 
Ex... That person behind you is beautiful. 
         Who is that man?  ( man was.  
                       standing long distance )

Use of Those :-
Those use like that but more than people. 
Ex... Those new flip phone are gorgeous.
