Smoking is not useful our heath

Smoking is not useful our heath.

Smoking is one of the most harmful habits that people tend to develop around the world. Even though some individuals might find it sensational and attractive, smoking is not useful in any way when it comes to our health. The act of smoking tobacco directly affects the respiratory system leading to various complications like asthma, lung cancer, and other fatal health issues.

Smoking not only affects the smoker but also puts the people around them at risk, which includes the family and colleagues. Secondhand smoke can cause the same harmful effects as smoking directly. This passive smoking causes a range of respiratory infections like pneumonia, bronchitis, and asthma, creating a serious risk for children of developing coughs or allergies that are hard to cure.

Moreover, smoking can lead to heart diseases and increase the risk of developing other chronic health issues like stroke and other lung infections. A smoker tends to develop carbon monoxide poisoning, which reduces the level of oxygen in the bloodstreams, leading to severe headaches, dizziness or death. Also, the habit of smoking lowers the immune system, making it more vulnerable to infections from viruses like influenza or COVID-19.

Quitting smoking can be challenging, but it’s never too late to make a change. There are numerous benefits that people can have by quitting smoking, including better quality of life, preventing health issues that can be fatal and ensuring a longer lifespan. Quitting smoking also leads to better brain function and increases the chances of having a good night’s sleep.

In conclusion, smoking is not useful in any way, shape or form when it comes to our health. Instead, it causes a range of health issues that are hard to cure or treat eventually leading to a shorter lifespan. Quitting smoking is a smart choice to make, but it’s never too late to make this decision as the benefits are visible right from the beginning. It’s time to put the cigarettes down and save our health, the health of our loved ones and help create a healthier community.
